State Street will become available in October. This is a
very large, very nice apartment in a quiet building. It has two
bedrooms, a modern kitchen and pantry, a very nice dining room
with a bay window, and a large living room. There is also a
coin-op laundry on premises plus off-street parking for two
cars. Non-smoking is a must. A cat or two is fine, and a quiet,
mellow dog is possible, but we have to meet the dog. Rent will be $1200
per month including heat and hot water, and we do offer a rent
rebate of $1200 to tenants who
